1 in 5 people aren't protecting themselves against cyber attacks

Survey from Tom’s Guide surveyed 1,000 randomly-selected users in both the US and UK about their online security habits. 20 percent of respondents said they aren’t using any security or privacy tools to protect themselves online. Almost half of respondents indicated that they use free antivirus software such as Microsoft Defender on their devices. While a free VPN can be useful for bypassing online restrictions quickly, few of these services provide a no-log VPN.
